Pressed gently after a 5 hour maceration, this Rosé was fermented with native yeast in neutral French oak barrels. It underwent a cool, slow fermentation over three weeks, preserving freshness and aromatics. Bottled unfined and sterile filtered.

The profile is precise: wild strawberry and citrus peel - with a dry, mineral-driven palate and bright acidity.

This is a lean, focused Rosé built for summer, seafood, and people who don’t want anything too soft.
